Facility Maintenance Technician

Core Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular inspections of facilities; identifying, and resolving existing problems.
• Performing routine maintenance work and repairs, such as repairing electrical faults, plumbing works, HVAC maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Install, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery and production systems.
• Work effectively to minimize downtime and provide solutions to prevent future issues.
• Maintain records of work orders and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and solve problems beyond their area of responsibility as needed.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technical advancements that may impact maintenance work.
• Coordinate and complete site-specific training, ongoing, as needed for all plant employees; forklift licensing or certification, fall protection, PPE Maintenance, etc.
• Adhere to safety protocols when working with equipment, chemicals, or machinery.
• Maintain chemical safety program.
