Responsibilities:

• Perform flight test installations and aircraft functional testing.
• Inspect pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate mechanical and/or electrical/electronic faults and documents faulty components.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks and performs inspections of maintenance and modification actions.
• Resolve identified problems during operation and testing of deliverable products.
• Verify the accuracy of work performed and may conduct self-inspection.
• Assist in performing system & sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for delivery.
• Parrticipate in determining details of assignments to accomplish a wide range of objectives.
• Plan, schedule and arrange own activities with the assistance of lead.
• Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
• Complete inspections, pre-flight, post-flight, writing up discrepancies in accordance with FAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED combined with 1 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Aviation experience of 1-5 years
• 1-5 years of flight line experience
• 1-5 years of troubleshooting experience (hydronics, fuels etc).
• Previous Safety experience/flight line.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Exce
• Good written and oral communication.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Quality Experience is a plus
  • A&P License a Plus
