Job Description:

Airbus Commercial is searching for an entry level Flight Simulator Technician to to join our training center in Aurora, CO.  This person will be responsible for resolving complex technical faults and issues.

Meet the team:

Our Flight Simulator Technicians Engineers collaborate with a diverse team of simulator manufacturers, simulator engineers and training instructors to ensure operational and reliability goals are met on a wide variety of flight simulator equipment used for training by global airlines.

Your working environment:

The Airbus Training Center (ATC) in Aurora, CO provides flight and maintenance crew training for Airbus airline customers – primarily for those based in the Americas. The custom-designed complex trains more than 2,000 cadets each year in a range of full-flight simulators, innovative computer-based training classrooms, and cabin door and slide trainers – all simulating the A320, A330, A340 and A350 XWB families of aircraft.

Your challenges:

• Responsible for maintaining and /or repairing a variety of simulator specific electronics, hydraulics, computers and visual systems in accordance with Regulatory Authority requirements and company standards

Your boarding pass:

• You have an associates degree (or higher level of education)

• You have a genuine interest in solving technical problems

• You write well and can provide  instructions/documentation to the customer

• You can provide Product/System/Network updates, using appropriate trouble ticketing systems

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The target salary for this full-time position is $46,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year, depending on experience
