Job Title: GSE Mechanic
Job Description
As a GSE Mechanic, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures on aircraft ground support equipment. You will perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on both customer and company-owned equipment. Utilizing diagnostic software to troubleshoot Powertrain Management Systems is a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures on aircraft ground support equipment.
- Perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and company-owned equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic start systems using necessary schematics.
- Utilize diagnostic software to troubleshoot Powertrain Management Systems.
- Complete vehicle repair orders and other documentation accurately to maintain quality standards.
- Communicate safety concerns and customer requests for service to management.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
- Maintenance experience.
- Gas and diesel engine experience.
- Valid drivers license.
- 2+ years of GSE or automotive mechanic experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- GSE experience is a plus.
- Diesel engine experience is a plus.
- Technology degree in automotive or diesel technology.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled facility. The shift is from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
