We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Assembly Technician to join our team. This is a station-based assembly role, not a traditional assembly line position, allowing for more focused, hands-on work and individual responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Assemble components and products at a dedicated workstation
- Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience reading and working from blueprints required
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently in a station-based environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
