The Williamsburg Flight Center is a full-service flight school and Maintenance Facility. We are located in Williamsburg, VA. There are approximately 88 airplanes based at our uncontrolled airport and we have a growing flight school that requires efficient maintenance with an emphasis on safety.

Williamsburg Virginia is a very popular area for tourism, with Busch Gardens/Water Country and the Historic Triangle just minutes away and only one hour from Richmond and Norfolk Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot problems as they arise
• Maintain a professional work ethic and appearance at all times
• Work on all types of general aviation aircraft
• Must have the ability to work alone and in groups
• Keep work area clean
• Perform other duties as required

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience), Full Time

Education: High School Diploma

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant A&P License
• General aviation experience is a must, two years preferred   
• IA is preferred
• Avionics/Electrical experience a plus
• Ability to inspect and troubleshoot old and new airplanes for repair including annual/100 hour inspections
