Head of Maintenance Services - India

Job Description:

As HO Maintenance Services, you will build and manage a team working on Maintenance & Services. In this position you will directly contribute to the success of our customers operation by providing support and deliverables related to maintenance & retrofit for all Airbus Commercial aircraft.

Main activities:

• Build and manage a team from 8 team members to 12 people (by end of year 2024).
• Ensure proper training and development of this newly created team with the support of Airbus organisation.
• Enable efficient working environment for the teams in order to deliver On Time, On Quality and On Cost.
• Anticipate and manage the future department’s resources in accordance with Airbus strategic assumptions
• Drive the Sub-Contracting activity in accordance with policy rules defined.
• Foster innovative/digital mindset and subsequently contribute to Airbus transverse initiatives & projects.
• Manage risks and opportunities for the department.
• Promote active participation and inclusion of the Indian team with Europe and the other regions.
• Promote a proactive mindset and behaviour within the team
