Nickerson Talent Solutions is actively seeking experienced Helicopter A&P Mechanics to support a growing rotorcraft maintenance operation in Fort Worth, TX.
This position supports both commercial and military helicopter maintenance operations involving inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, track & balance procedures, phase maintenance, and mechanical system diagnostics across multiple rotorcraft platforms.
We are seeking mechanics with recent hands-on helicopter maintenance experience who can independently troubleshoot aircraft discrepancies, perform maintenance in accordance with FAA standards, and support a fast-paced maintenance operation.
This is NOT an entry-level mechanic position.
Candidates with strong troubleshooting ability, rotorcraft maintenance experience, heavy maintenance exposure, and FAA-compliant maintenance backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and scheduled maintenance on commercial and military helicopters
- Support heavy maintenance, phase inspections, flightline maintenance, and return-to-service activities
- Perform rotor system track & balance procedures using specialized test equipment
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, rotor, and aircraft system discrepancies
- Adjust and troubleshoot engine parameters including:
- Oil pressure
- Ng
- Temperature indications
- Topping settings
- Interpret and apply:
- Airworthiness Directives (ADs)
- Alert Service Bulletins (ASBs)
- Maintenance manuals
- Technical documentation
- Utilize precision measuring equipment including:
- Micrometers
- Dial calipers
- Tensiometers
- Dial bore gauges
- Feeler gauges
- Borescopes
- Perform maintenance using proper torque procedures and aircraft tooling
- Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and repair documentation in accordance with FAA and repair station standards
- Collaborate with inspectors, mechanics, and engineering personnel to support safe and efficient aircraft operations
- Complete maintenance tasks within assigned schedules while maintaining quality and compliance standards
