HMC Helicopter Service is a Utility and Charter Helicopter Operator based at the KTMB airport (Miami, FL).

Our A&P Base/Field Mechanics perform a variety of general helicopter maintenance including, but not limited to, detailed aircraft inspections, minor  repairs and alterations, preventative maintenance and servicing as well as pre-flight inspections and gear changes for daily operations.

Our mechanics work mostly Mon-Fri unless any contract work or aircraft issues requires weekend coverage. Occasional travel around the SE part of the United States or Bahamas is not uncommon.

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses.
• Knowledge of FARs – 91, 135, 133 and 137.
• Fluent in English 
• Lives in the greater Miami, FL area
• US Passport or Non-US Passport with permanent resident status required
• Ability and/or willingness to work days, nights, weekends, scheduled days off, and on-call during busy periods.  Some travel required.
• Pre-employment drug-screening required, as well as ongoing randomized testing.
• Candidates currently DOI/USFS carded as mechanics for the Bell 407 will be given preference.
• Candidates with Commercial Driver’s License with HAZMAT Endorsements will be given preference.
