In this role, you’ll provide classroom and hands-on instruction to ensure aircraft maintenance teams have the training, skills, and confidence to keep every aircraft mission-ready. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom instruction covering aircraft systems, company policies, and maintenance procedures.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and handouts to support formal instruction.
- Conduct hands-on practical demonstrations in aircraft maintenance.
- Travel to field bases to conduct on-site training (approximately 40 travel).
- Manage and properly dispose of training-related documentation.
- Implement training programs as outlined in the Maintenance Training Manual.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate required.
- Willingness to obtain an Inspection Authorization (IA) within one year.
- Minimum of five (5) years of helicopter maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with AAIP aircraft models or similar types preferred.
- Graduate of manufacturer training programs preferred.
- Strong communication and English proficiency.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of RAMCO preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
