Helicopter Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Helicopter Mechanic with a strong background in helicopter maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate should have over four years of experience and be comfortable interpreting technical drawings and schematics. The role involves performing inspections and heavy maintenance, requiring the use of personal tools and a valid drivers license.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on helicopters, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and heavy maintenance tasks as required.
- Interpret and read technical schematics and drawings to facilitate repair work.
- Collaborate with a team of A&P mechanics, avionics techs, sheetmetal mechanics, and composites techs.
Essential Skills
- Over 4 years of helicopter maintenance experience.
- Ability to interpret and read schematics or technical drawings.
- Experience in performing inspections and heavy maintenance.
- Possession of personal tools.
- Valid drivers license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- FAA A&P license is preferred but not required.
- Experience with any model of civilian helicopter is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of Agusta, AgustaWestland, Bell, Eurocopter, Airbus, and Sikorsky helicopters.

Work Environment
This position is based in a small hangar environment, part of a Part 145 shop, working alongside A&P mechanics, avionics techs, sheetmetal mechanics, and composites techs. The role offers exposure to multiple aircraft types, providing a diverse and enriching work experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
