NTS is searching for an F-16 Aircraft Technician Crew Chief for a direct hire opportunity in Luke AFB, AZ.
Compensation
$34.00 – $48.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced F-16 Crew Chiefs and Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to support flight line and maintenance operations at Luke AFB. This role is critical to ensuring aircraft are maintained in an airworthy and mission-ready condition at all times.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily flight line maintenance on F-16 aircraft
- Serve as Crew Chief responsible for aircraft status and readiness
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft systems and components
- Perform structural repairs and organizational-level maintenance
- Support inspections and periodic maintenance requirements
- Conduct line servicing and aircraft turnaround operations
- Maintain strict adherence to FOD control procedures
- Ensure proper tool accountability at all times
Work Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in outdoor and flight line environments
- Exposure to noise, weather, and aircraft systems
- Must be able to obtain security clearance

- Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed
