Mission
Support the transformation of maintenance operations by integrating planning responsibilities with the development and coordination of the new Control & Performance Center (Centre de Contrôle OM). Ensure proactive, data-driven maintenance execution while contributing to the digitalization and centralization of operational visibility.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across the plant.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align maintenance schedules with production and project timelines.
- Lead planning for extended shutdowns (summer/winter) and ensure readiness of all systems and resources.
- Actively contribute to the design and implementation of the Control Center’s digital architecture (Maximo V9, IoT, dashboards, QR systems).
- Support the integration of maintenance data into centralized dashboards (KPI levels 1–3) and performance tracking tools.
- Participate in the standardization of inventory management and maintenance request workflows.
- Facilitate communication between operations, engineering, and digital teams to ensure alignment with the Control Center’s mission.
- Coordinate and lead performance review meetings, including KPI analysis and reporting.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Control Center’s strategic roadmap.
How to thrive in this role?
- University diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, maintenance, logistics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in a maintenance or operations planning role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems (Maximo, CMMS), Excel, and digital tools.
- Experience with or interest in IoT, Power BI, and AI-driven planning tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and operational teams.
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
