PDS Tech is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in St. Cloud, MN. This role supports facility and production operations through preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment support in a highly automated, computer-based manufacturing environment.
Industrial Maintenance TechnicianAvailable Shifts1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Rotating schedule based on workdays (not rotating between day and night shift hours)
Position OverviewPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and control systems to support daily operations
Utilize computerized maintenance systems to track PM schedules and work orders
Support facility operations including utilities, equipment performance, and contractor coordination
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repair of building and production support equipment
Troubleshoot RTUs, fans, and other facility systems
Complete preventative maintenance tasks and respond to equipment issues
Utilize the Megamation system to manage PM schedules and work orders
Monitor and record water and energy consumption data
Support production teams with facility-related maintenance needs
Coordinate and assist outside contractors performing service work
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year of maintenance or manufacturing equipment experience
Mechanical troubleshooting experience required
Basic electrical and control systems knowledge preferred
Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
Comfortable working in a computer-based manufacturing environment
Strong reliability, attendance, and communication skills
Preferred QualificationsIndustrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
Experience with preventative maintenance systems or CMMS software
Knowledge of facility equipment and utilities systems

Pay Details: $28.00 to $26.00 per hour
