Your ImpactAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician, youll be the driving force behind the reliability and performance of critical plant equipment. Your expertise will help ensure safe operations, maximize production efficiency, and support continuous improvement across the facility.
What Youll DoEquipment Maintenance & RepairDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and electrical systems.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
Execute equipment overhauls and major repairs to maintain operational excellence.
Inspect, adjust, and maintain precision mechanical components.
Equipment Reliability & OperationsMonitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Guide and support operators on proper equipment usage and maintenance practices.
Develop maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Recommend and manage spare parts inventory and purchasing plans.
Support maintenance budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
Assist in developing equipment overhaul schedules and maintenance plans.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
Promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility.
Participate in the selection, installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during equipment upgrades and startup activities.
Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to maximize equipment uptime.
Support maintenance activities on forklifts, crane equipment, and production machinery.
Required Qualifications1- 2+ years of strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and electrical systems.
1-2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery or heavy equipment.
Familiarity with equipment overhaul procedures and maintenance best practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in a physically demanding industrial environment.
Ability and willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
Preferred Qualifications1–2 years of forklift maintenance experience.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
Experience repairing production equipment in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Experience with crane maintenance and repair.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance systems (CMMS).

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
