Bearings Inspector
Perform receiving, preliminary, in process and final inspection. Ensure compliance with all internal quality systems, customer, and regulatory requirements.
The Bearings Inspector is an entry level role reporting to the Quality Supervisor/Manager. you do not have to have an A&P for this role
What you will be responsible for:
● Visual Inspection: checking the appearance of bearings for damage, wear, or other defects.
● Dimensional Inspection: using tools to verify that bearings meet dimensional specifications and tolerances.
● Functional Testing: Assessing the functionality of bearings, potentially including speed, noise, or vibration tests.
● Record Keeping: Documenting inspection results and reporting any non-confirming parts or issues.
● Quality Assessment: Determining if bearings meet quality standards and can be accepted or rejected.
