Join our dynamic aviation team as a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician responsible for supervising Aircraft Maintenance Technicians providing the safe, legal and airworthy maintenance needs of our Customer's aircraft. As an integral part of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various aircraft and components to the highest standards of quality and safety as well as supervising AMTs in performing the same duties. • 4+ years experience in aircraft maintenance.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to perform tasks require moving and lifting of heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Impeccable record keeping and logbook entry abilities.
