You will provide leadership for subordinates by establishing, assigning, prioritizing and tracking maintenance goals, objectives and standards; assists subordinates with coordination of personnel and equipment task assignments to ensure goals and objectives are met. You will create and manage performance improvement plans for maintenance personnel. As well as assign work that needs to be accomplished effectively and efficiently. Able to complete paperwork properly and promptly after service completion and provide quality workmanship, a clean and safe work environment. You will be successful by promoting teamwork and cooperation with all co-workers and practice safety for self and others. To also be successful as a Lead MX Tech, you will operate and supervise the use of special support equipment used in removal and installations of major components, and any other duties as assigned.

Pay & Perks
Compensation for this position is $54.00/hr. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
