Qualifications
High School Diploma or Accredited GED.
5 years of experience in aircraft sheet metal and/or equivalent structural assembly
Ability to perform mechanical functions in any or all of the following examples: precision drilling, close tolerance holes, reaming, countersinking, cold working of metal, installation of rivets and fasteners.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
Adhere to all company policies and safety programs.
May be required to perform other related job duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to work well within a team setting, but also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work overtime as needed when business demands require.
