Required Education and Experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Thorough familiarity with 14 CFR Part 145 and related inspection techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in the use of inspection equipment and visual aids.
- Working knowledge of and experience with the Repair Station Manual, Training Manual, and Quality Manual, including maintaining current revisions.
- Enrollment in the Repair Station's Drug and Alcohol program.
- Certification under 14 CFR Part 65 (Mechanic Certificate with appropriate ratings).
Preferred Education and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
