Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 to 20,000

We are hiring 2 experienced Licensed A&P Mechanics for a direct hire opportunity supporting aircraft maintenance and inspection operations in Lafayette, LA. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with strong pay, overtime availability, and full benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on airframe and engine systems
- Remove, replace, and install aircraft parts, components, accessories, and engines
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems to determine repair needs
- Ensure all replacement parts meet FAA-approved specifications
- Complete required aircraft logs, work orders, and maintenance documentation
- Perform operational ground checks after maintenance tasks when required
- Support line and/or MRO maintenance activities in accordance with FAA regulations
- Supervise and guide unlicensed mechanics when assigned
- Maintain accountability of tools, parts, and equipment at assigned location(s)

What We’re Looking For
- Valid FAA A&P License (Required)
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and work orders
- Strong attention to documentation and safety compliance
- Ability to work independently and supervise junior mechanics if needed
