Ensure maintenance activities are accomplished in accordance with the policies and procedures contained in the MCM, MPM, DPDs, aircraft and component maintenance manuals and Transport Canada requirements. Maintain an AME license and acquire and maintain Airport Security Clearance, AVOP, Passport, and full ‘G’ Driver’s License.

• Perform maintenance activities in line with established policies and manuals.
• Maintain a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license.
• Acquire and maintain necessary security and driving credentials.

• Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME).
• Experience with line maintenance.
• Proficiency with Dash-8 Q400 aircraft.

• Dash-8 Q400 endorsement is advantageous.

The work environment involves line maintenance in a unionized setting. The team comprises 3-4 mechanics with no leads on site. The environment can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Employees are provided with a uniform, but if they leave within the first year, half the cost will be deducted from their last pay. The work schedule includes a rotation of 5 days on/5 days off/4 days on, with potential shifts ranging from 12 hours starting at 5 AM to 5 PM or 3 PM to 3 AM.
