About the RoleThe CVG 145 Maintenance Planner plays an important role in supporting safe, reliable operations by ensuring aircraft maintenance is organized, on-time, and aligned with customer needs. Experience in aviation planning is not required for this position. Training and support are provided, and success comes from having strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. This is a role where accuracy and organization matter, and you’ll be part of a team that works closely together to keep things running smoothly. What You’ll DoAs a Maintenance Planner, you’ll:
- Monitor flight schedules and coordinate with other departments to support maintenance needs.
- Serve as a main point of contact for customers on planning and scheduling matters.
- Review, organize, and prepare customer work packages for accuracy and completeness.
- Use planning tools and systems such as AMOS to build and maintain digital records.
- Track milestones, monitor progress, and provide updates to management.
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure requirements are met and processes run smoothly.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in-office and closely connected to a maintenance environment. You will work alongside other departments where communication and teamwork are essential. Noise levels are generally moderate, reflecting the activity of a busy operation.
