Purpose of Position
Responsible for proactively monitoring all operational aircraft and for controlling the associated unscheduled maintenance actions being performed by approved service centres, on NTA, NATUK and EJME fleets, while ensuring compliance with the NetJets approved maintenance procedures and the recommendations of the Aircraft Manufacturer, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Governing Authority guidelines.
Responsible to ensure optimised working practices are adopted, with attention to minimising downtimes and to maintain the overall Safety and Continuing Airworthiness of the Aircraft, Flight Crew, Maintenance Personnel and the Customers.
Provide Technical representation and advice to Maintenance and Engineering Managers, Flight Crews and Maintenance Personnel for associated system discrepancies by applying knowledge and effective communication and collaboration.

Tasks and Responsibilities
•Responsible for prioritising, managing, and addressing work assignments to achieve an effective outcome;
•Provide technical support to flight crews to enable timely decision making when addressing reported technical issues or concerns;
•Ensure the Aircraft Status Reports, MEL (Minimum Equipment List) reports, Inspection due lists, Electronic Tracking Data and other reports are reviewed diligently and proactively actioned to maintain an accurate status of the aircraft fleets;
•Monitor and perform regular daily follow-ups, with the Service Providers, of all the work order and the contents, to ensure a controlled release to service date, mitigating any potential maintenance issues and overlaps;
•Ensure all maintenance actions accomplished on NTA, NATUK & EJME company aircraft comply with NetJets CAME & Maintenance Procedures and Regulatory (EASA, ANAC and UK CAA) requirements;
•Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Tracking System work orders with coherent, accurate and factual data and information for diligent record keeping which supports timely decision making and the reliability program;
•Review, control, and approve maintenance contract change orders and costs, associated with Maintenance work orders, proficiently to ensure all are in accordance with the Approved Expenditure Approval Matrix and loaded within the Maintenance Work Order Approval system (MxFinancials) system;
•Coordinate, in conjunction with the Materials Management group, the requests for aircraft parts, data and support equipment in a timely manner to minimize downtime;
•Report any aircraft continuing airworthiness activities or events, which potentially impact safety and compliance, through the established procedures;
•Ensure aircraft historical records are maintained in accordance with the NetJets Maintenance Procedures;
•Support the Maintenance Control Centre Supervisor with the accomplishment and requirements of the defined annual audit program;
•Ensure all company and departmental applications are utilised as requested, by management, and in accordance with company defined policies and procedures;
•Notify all relevant Operational departments when technical issues are reported, and maintenance line extensions have an impact on the Operation and the Customer;
•Coordinate with the Travel department the logistic (travel, hotel, car rental, etc.) requests to support Service Centre Technical personnel assigned to respond to geographic AOG events ensuring accurate and timely planning;
•Ensure disciplined working practices are applied, providing consistency and compliance with defined policies and procedures;
•Apply a culture of discipline and effective performance KPIs which supports optimised performance and excellence;
•Ensure that safety is a part of every job and activity. Support the safety and compliance programmes, ensuring that any issue that may affect them is appropriately reported;
•Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
•EASA Part 66 Maintenance Technician Licence and/or equivalent Engineering degree;
•Minimum 5 years experience in aircraft technical maintenance or Minimum 3 years aviation experience in n a Part-145 or CAMO Maintenance control environment;
•Credible knowledge and interpretation of EASA, UK CAA, and ICAO regulations and requirements;
•Aircraft technical and system troubleshooting skills on assigned aircraft type;
•Effective communication skills across operational areas.
•English language proficiency - B2 / C1 level;
•Proficiency in MS Office applications.
