Position Summary
Maintain the equipment in the best operating conditions, ensuring proper preventive maintenance according to the annual Total Productive Maintenance plan, to prevent accidents, equipment damage, or production downtime, while also ensuring compliance with Parkers safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the Total Productive Maintenance of the plant (Using MP9).
- Develop standard preventive maintenance work & upload in MP9 system.
- Optimize as needed Preventive maintenance & keep the updated.
- Track & follow the PM yield metric & also keep a cadence to analyze the findings & actions listed on the Technician PM activity sheet.
- Track & follow the Corrective metric & also keep a cadence to analyze the findings & actions due to corrective maintenance performed.
- Audit & ensure the PM plan place by the Maintenance intern to be completed on Monthly basis.
- Audit the PM sheets made by the technician to ensure the activities being perform correctly.
- Coordinate maintenance technicians.
- Guarantee the safety policies.
- Ensure that the safety procedures are fulfill according to Parker Policies.
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Experience: 5 years of experience in maintenance area, experience in project management or personnel management
English level: Advanced English
