This role is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, coordinating repairs, managing spare parts, and maintaining accurate CMMS data. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and effective at collaborating across teams.

Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Planner to support our Maintenance Department and ensure the efficient operation of our distribution facility.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and schedule all preventive and corrective maintenance activities using the CMMS.
Develop efficient work packages and kitting for planned maintenance and repair projects.
Create and manage purchase orders for parts and services; track invoices and vendor communications.
Maintain MRO spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, issuing, and cycle counting.
Ensure CMMS data accuracy for assets, job plans, parts, and vendor records.
Generate and analyze maintenance reports to support leadership decision-making and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, support emergency repair activities, and provide status updates on work orders.
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or CMMS administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
