75K base with very competitive commission structure
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to owners, operators and fleet managers
- Build and nurture long term relationships
- Experience creating quotes
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador

They identify new business leads, build client relationships, and prepare technical proposals while collaborating with technical teams, usually requiring CRM proficiency and aviation industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Actively prospecting and selling maintenance, inspections, interior refurbishments, and repair programs to achieve quarterly/annual targets.
- Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with aircraft owners, operators, and flight departments to ensure customer retention.
- Proposal Development: Preparing detailed technical proposals, quotes, and presentations, often coordinating with technical personnel to define project scopes.
- CRM Management: Managing the sales pipeline and documenting client interactions, quotes, and follow-ups within a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
- Client Representation: Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote MRO capabilities.
