What You Will Do
Perform breakdown maintenance to the root cause and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
Perform critical equipment spare parts management.
Improve equipment performances and the subsequent documentation.
Respond to call-back for machine recovery when escalated after office hours.
Compliance to Ethic & Compliance, EH&S & Quality program.
Support and participate in EH&S, Quality & Continuous Improvement (CORE) activities.
Qualifications You Must Have
NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines.
2 years of relevant experience in the maintenance and repair of machineries. Open to consider candidates no experience as training will be provided.
Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with equipment, tools, and machines.
Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on permanent night shift (7.30pm – 5.00am) and overtime on need basis.
