As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing turboprop and light jet aircraft—helping ensure every flight is safe, reliable, and on schedule.
Working alongside a skilled MRO team, you’ll support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of general aviation and light turbine platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance in accordance with maintenance manuals, approved technical data, and FAA Part 145 standards.
- Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and replace aircraft systems, structures, and components while ensuring airworthiness and compliance.
- Accurately document all maintenance actions in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Maintain proper tool control, calibration compliance, and care of equipment and materials.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures, proactively reporting hazards or incidents.
- Assist with removal and installation of engines, landing gear, flight controls, and major components, ensuring required inspections and torque verifications are completed.
- Support return-to-service activities and coordinate with inspection teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with leads, inspectors, and teammates to maintain workflow efficiency and meet delivery schedules.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain technical competency and authorizations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that supports operational excellence.
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or aviation maintenance training preferred.
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate desired for Levels I–II.
- A&P or Repairman Certificate required for Levels III–IV.
