Description:
A client of Aerotek Aviation is looking to add a maintenance technician to their current team. They currently have around 12 Maintenance Techs on staff.
Candidates are responsible for Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting on all machines. Machines include CNC, Heat treat, Ovens, Robots, and screw machines. They have a variety of new and old machines. 80 of the maintenance is reactive, and 20 is more proactive and preventative.
• Perform testing of equipment
• Perform routine maintenance task
• Review drawings and schematics
• Perform equipment troubleshooting
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections
• Determine root cause failure of equipment
• Repair and replace defective Mechanical equipment
• Basic understanding of PLC logic
• Prepare and update equipment records
• Maintain work area
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Industrial maintenance experience
- 3 years of Electrical Troubleshooting
- 3 years of Mechanical Troubleshooting
- PLC Troubleshooting experience
- Tools
- High School Diploma
PLUS
- Fanuc Programming
- Would look at a candidate with no PLC if Strong electrical experience
