We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician who doesn’t just fix problems, but finds the root cause, leads the repair, and keeps equipment running at peak performance. This is a hands-on technical leadership role supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment where uptime, safety, and precision matter every day.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping critical systems online:

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems

• Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems

• Perform and lead preventive & predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime

• Repair and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, and production equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

• Respond quickly to breakdowns and lead root cause problem-solving efforts

• Partner with production teams to minimize disruptions and improve uptime

• Train and mentor maintenance technicians on troubleshooting and best practices

• Maintain accurate CMMS work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs

• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental standards

• Coordinate with vendors and assist in parts and inventory management

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment in a production environment

• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation

• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

• Technical degree or certification (Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical, etc.)

• PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)

• Experience with CMMS systems

• Welding or fabrication skills

• OSHA or electrical certifications

• Manufacturing / industrial setting with moving machinery and equipment

• Exposure to noise, temperature changes, and production activity

• PPE required at all times

• Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

• Flexible schedule required (overtime, weekends, on-call as needed)
