We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician who doesn’t just fix problems, but finds the root cause, leads the repair, and keeps equipment running at peak performance. This is a hands-on technical leadership role supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment where uptime, safety, and precision matter every day.
⚙️ What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping critical systems online:
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems
Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems
Perform and lead preventive & predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
Repair and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, and production equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Respond quickly to breakdowns and lead root cause problem-solving efforts
Partner with production teams to minimize disruptions and improve uptime
Train and mentor maintenance technicians on troubleshooting and best practices
Maintain accurate CMMS work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs
Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental standards
Coordinate with vendors and assist in parts and inventory management
🧠 What You BringRequired Experience:5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with industrial equipment in a production environment
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Preferred Experience:Technical degree or certification (Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical, etc.)
PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
Experience with CMMS systems
Welding or fabrication skills
OSHA or electrical certifications
🏭 Work EnvironmentManufacturing / industrial setting with moving machinery and equipment
Exposure to noise, temperature changes, and production activity
PPE required at all times
Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
Flexible schedule required (overtime, weekends, on-call as needed)

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
