Position Summary
Reata Jet is seeking a skilled and motivated Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P) to join our growing team at Austin Executive Airport in Austin, Texas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbine-powered aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and company procedures.
- Conduct inspections including but not limited to Phased, Annual, and Pre-Purchase Inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems including powerplant, electrical, avionics, hydraulic, pneumatic, environmental, and structural systems.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, alterations, and modifications in accordance with all appropriate regulations and publications.
- Accurately complete maintenance documentation, logbook entries, work orders, and airworthiness records.
- Utilize Quantum MX maintenance software for work tracking, documentation, inventory management, and maintenance compliance.
- Coordinate with Flight Operations, Charter Operations, Maintenance Control, vendors, and aircraft owners to ensure aircraft readiness and airworthiness.
- Support AOG events and recovery operations as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
- Assist with hangar operations, shop equipment maintenance and repairs, aircraft movement, and aircraft cleaning and servicing as required.
- Participate in recurrent training and professional development opportunities.
