Job Description:

Our client is seeking to hire turn-key licensed master mechanics for a brand new project at their location in Everett, WA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Remove and Install flight control surfaces and components
Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures
Utilize OEM and Engineering drawings to modify structures and flight controls
Perform weight and balance including calculation of flight control surfaces
Perform rigging and operational test of all flight control surfaces including autopilot
Troubleshoot flight control systems
Commercial aviation or equivalent military aviation maintenance experience
Works under minimal supervision

Requirements

A&P License
Removal, Installation, functional testing of Flight Control systems of plane
structures (i.e., elevators, ailerons, slats, flaps, etc.).
Rigging, removal, installation, and functional testing of flight controls
Mentor/ guide small crew of lower-level non-licensed mechanics and sign on
their repairs
