Job Description:
In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team as soon as possible as our new Mechanic (m/f/d). Working on Airplane Doors Retrofits ✈️
The position is - for the time being - limited to 2 years.
The onboarding for this position will take place in Donauwörth (Germany).
The place of work after training is Toulouse (France).
Your tasks and responsibilities
Integrating components or sub-assemblies for the assembly of devices or main assemblies
Conducting self-checks
Using manual tools or machines to assemble components
Assembly/disassembly of components
Performing retrofit and repair activities in the Final Assembly Line and Flight Line at Airbus Commercial
Desired skills and qualifications
Completed training as a (flight equipment) mechanic or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of practical experience in manufacturing
German: Fluent/proficient in negotiations
English: Advanced knowledge
French is a plus
Independent and committed work approach
Teamwork
a high degree of flexibility
Knowledge of the Airbus drawing system
