• Responsible for making critical decisions related to aircraft safety promptly and effectively.
• Accountable for maintaining proficiency in all documentation and paperwork, including parts documentation.
• Required to read and comprehend aircraft drawings.
• Must possess a basic set of sheet metal tools.

• A valid Level I A&P Certificate is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities are necessary.
• Sound judgment must be exercised when collaborating in team settings and ensuring aircraft maintenance and safety.
• Familiarity with base operations and the ability to read and comprehend Company and Manufacturer Manuals are expected.
• A minimum of two years' sheet metal experience is required. (For Accessory shop, experience is preferred, not required)

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Willingness to travel for road trips when necessary
• Flexibility to rotate shifts according to scheduling needs
• Participation in training outside the station, along with completion of new hire onboarding
