Qualifications
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering (or related technical field) with 5 or more years related experience or Master’s degree in engineering (or related technical field) with 3 or more years related experience or Ph.D. in Engineering (or related technical field) with up to 2 years related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading a mechanical engineering team through the engineering lifecycle.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
• Active Secret Clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
• Experience with Siemens NX, Solidworks, JIRA, and EMatrix is preferred.
• Experience with FEA using ANSYS workbench is preferred.
• Experience in unmanned system and/or watercraft design and development.
• Experience in corrosion prevention design.
• Control Account Management Experience in a DoD environment is preferred.
