Job Description:
  • Reads, interprets, and adheres to technical orders, manuals, blueprints, service bulletins, and other related documentation.
  • Complete scheduled and unscheduled C-40 or P-8 maintenance, parts ordering, and other aircraft functions.
  • Perform routine duties such as aircraft servicing, including hydraulics, engine oil, lubrication, fuel, canopy cleaning, wheel/tire replacement, brakes, light bulbs.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with the repair, replacement, and rebuild of aircraft structures and components.
  • Service aircraft as prescribed in applicable C-40 or P-8 Technical Orders.
  • Determine airworthiness of aircraft and associated components.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have at least 1 year of A&P experience 
  • P-8 or C-40 experience is strongly preferred, but other military experience may be considered.
  • Must have experience with working from blueprint drawings, diagram, specifications, service manuals, sketches, templates, and other incomplete data.
