Summary of job description
- Prepare, check and inspect the aircraft for ground and flight tests.
- Perform ground tests and flight tests by assisting pilots
- Repair and modification of all problems encountered during these tests and will have to carry out all other tasks required within its working group
- This position requires communications in English with Bell teams outside Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners and customers outside Quebec
- Ensure that the device is compliant and that the documentation is complete and ready for delivery Installation/assembly of mechanical components
- Flight control rigging Installation/assembly of hydraulic and fuel tubes
- Application of tightening torque,
- Installation of brake wire, cutter pin and safety cable
- Chemical conversion (alodine application)
- Application of primer (touch up primer)
- Application of sealant and adhesive
Minimum required qualifications
Any other combination of schooling and experience deemed equivalent may be considered.
