Fully certified Eddy Current and Ultrasonic Level II NDT Inspector with experience in aviation, the ability to comprehend a variety of specific technical procedures/documents and methods, a strong understanding of safety protocols, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills.
Fully Certified Eddy Current and Ultrasonic Level II (80 classroom 800+ OJT hours) with experience in the below techniques:
- Required experience in Eddy Current: Surface/High Frequency and Second Layer/Low Frequency
- Required experience in Ultrasonic: Shearwave and Pulse echo
- Required: 18 months of aircraft experience
- Additional: Bolt Holes and Conductivity, and bond test
Must be able to provide documentation of prior certification and/or classroom and On the Job Training hours in compliance with ASNT TC-1A and/or NAS410.
Preferred additional experience:
- Magnetic Particle
- Penetrant
- Radiography
General Requirements:
- Education: High School Graduate or equivalent, 80hr ET classroom, 80hr UT classroom
- Understand, read, and write in English
- Have basic computer and typing skills
- Pass a 10-year background investigation
- Pass an FAA-approved Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Current valid USA Driver's License
Work Hours:
- Typically: Monday - Friday 6am-2pm with occasional evenings and weekends
