Ryanair Engineering – Delivered by WAMS Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline. Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures, and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire an Aircraft Night Shift Supervisor in our hangar in Wroclaw.

Duties Include:

• Overseeing the management of overnight Hangar input.
• Ensuring the timely completion and return to service of aircraft after Hangar maintenance.
• Liaise closely with the Shift Leader keeping him informed of progress throughout the shift.
• Allocation and prioritisation of tasks.
• Management of large / technical jobs.
• Organising and evaluating repairs.
• Ensuring work documentation is completed correctly in accordance with maintenance and Company procedures.
• Supervising mechanics, trainee mechanics & apprentices

• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Extensive aircraft experience, some of which on B737-NG would be an advantage.
• Previous experience of supervising / managing manpower would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge and experience of AMOS.
• ‘Can-do’ attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Must be available to work a permanent night shift.
• Must have a Full Driving licence.
