We are seeking a motivated Aviation Parts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various functions within the organization and assist in day-to-day operations.

Duties:

• Assists Parts Manager with all Company parts needs
• Handling of all appropriate paperwork to ensure all parts are billed to the appropriate work orders
• Assisting mechanics and avionics technicians with all parts requirements
• Packing and shipping parts for overhaul and core return
• Assisting with inventory records and audits
• Ordering parts both Stock and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) on a daily basis and also supplies and hardware for the Maintenance Department
• Order entry of sales invoices
• Shipping and receiving
• Processing invoices as needed
• Answering after hour call-outs as necessary
• Any other tasks as determined by management

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in aviation parts operations
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must be able to pass drug screening and in depth background screening
• Must have valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
