Job Description:

Responsible for the set-up, support and production of high-quality products and to help create a highly productive work environment. Supporting responsibilities include planning, checking, establishing a sequence of work to fabricate, assemble and inspect hardware to planning, engineering and quality control requirements; onwhere applicable.

Duties

The Company will provide appropriate job training to enable employees to perform all necessary job functions including developing new and improved methods of production. Perform multi-tasking and multi-machine operation. Use any equipment (e.g.,hand, power tools, air tools, scanners and computers) needed toprioritize, complete and process work assignments. Perform any pickup, touch up, rework, part mark and incorporation of changes to the productas required. Work from prints, sketches, specifications andwritten/verbal information. Maintain certifications, qualifications, licenses or permits as required to perform work. Utilizes precision measuring equipment (calipers, scales, etc.) to perform self-inspectionof in-process and finished work. Ensure that all FDAQ (Factory DataAcQuisition) is completed according to work instructions. Perform routine minor machine maintenance as part of their daily work duties(e.g., replacing machine filters, lubrication/coolant levels, etc. as related to basic Total Preventative Maintenance duties). Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, technique sheets, work orders, and other documentation required to complete operation per engineering. Routinely move product within the shop-defined area, including across aisle, usingshop assigned equipment as required, and complete transactions necessary to move product to the next operation. Performs verification of dimensions of parts using both mechanical and electronic precision measurement tools. Perform inspection MVP, including first part review,of fabricated parts and assemblies. Initiate and document any non-conforming condition. Maintain required certifications and qualifications as needed. (e.g. SLS, BAC, Nadcap, AS9100, crane, sealer,liquid nitrogen, vehicle ops). Ensure compliance with applicable processes (e.g., FOD, Hazmat, OSHA, QMS). Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training and assisting employees of the same or lower classification level. Level B - Prepareand maintain treating solutions used in Anodic, Dow Metal, Airok andother processing tanks by adding specified chemical compounds in proper sequence and amounts to obtain correct solution strength per lab requirements. Segregate and allocate material in accordance withtreating requirements to obtain best shop practices. Operate process tank equipment to accomplish selective metal removal or prep for paint to meet engineering specifications for part dimensions, weight or contour including single, multiple steps, and tapers. Skin polishing of mechanical fastened aircraft assemblies. CAD plate parts, materials and/or tools to exact tolerances. Develop proper setups for the operations in which processing time, voltage, amperage and block-offs are not standardized.

Skills: 
Need workers with 5+ years of Chemical processing and Laser Scribe experience
Selected workers will work 2nd shift primarily. However, must be ready to work any shift/OT/weekends as needed
Must be able to stand and work for entire 8 hr. shift
Must be able to start within 2 weeks after offer acceptance
Must clear the background checks
