Product Owner Logistics & Maintenance Repairs Operations (M/F)

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Product Owner Logistics & MRO (f/m) to join our Operational Excellence Method & Tools team (Logistics, MRO and Forecast) inside MATERIAL SUPPORT & LOGISTICS Directorate based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a team whose main mission is to ensure the operational support to end-users and improve processes & tools by leading transformation projects on Material support and Logistics scope. Our objective is to develop a close relation with the operational people in order to improve the operational performance and the users experience. You will act as Product owner Logistics & MRO inside our team.

Your challenges

Your main challenges will include:

• Developing a solid understanding on Airbus Helicopters business processes in the domain of Logistics and MRO and related tools (mainly SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4Hana modules/satellites dealing with Logistics and MRO)

• Understanding the key drivers and measures of success for the business and the short-, mid- and long-term business roadmap and related product roadmap

• Analysing and understanding business requirements on Logistics & MRO processes, managing backlog prioritization based on business added value, maturity and effort.

• Linked to New ERP roadmap acceleration for Services and Support including MRO, transformation linked to SAP S/4 Hana will be 80 of the weight of the mission

• Managing adequate balance/coherency between short/mid-term evolutions/projects inside current SAP ECC6 product and mid/long term transformation linked to SAP S/4 Hana implementation

• Driving scrum team in close collaboration with scrum master (manage planning, cost, resources, risks)

• Fostering efficient collaboration inside Multi Functional Team working around common objective

• Contributing/leading all project phases : specification, tests, training, change management and roll-out

• Communicating to all relevant stakeholders

Business trips are foreseen in your mission and you must be ready to travel accordingly

Your profile:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Education: master&39;s degree or equivalent

• 5 years of professional experience around logistics/MRO operations and/or project management with interest in IT tools and digitalization

• Good knowledge of Logistics and MRO processes (ideally in an aeronautical context)

• Good knowledge of SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4 Hana around logistics and MRO modules

• Rigor and follow standards oriented, open minded, good interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence.

• Excellent listening skills and customer oriented mindset.

• Team player

• Ability to solve problem and drive PPS (Practical Problem Solving)

• Change management capabilities

• English and French: fluent level

• Experienced in activity management and follow-up (preferably with an understanding of agile methodologies ideally with product owner or business analyst experience) including subcontractor management.

• We are looking for a candidate who is autonomous, flexible, curious with good communication skills, entrepreneurial and customer oriented with a deep and wide knowledge on IT implementations in SAP.
