As a Quality Assurance Agent you will be responsible to assist Quality Assurance team in shop floor inspections / audits. Provide a higher supervision of hygiene and QA standard within the unit. Communicating to sections concerned updated process documents versions and how to access them. Collating, filling (electronic and/or hard copy), maintaining, retrieval and disposal of relevant documents/records generated by Quality Assurance team and performing administrative task as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Documenting and reporting observations against Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) so that preventive measures can be in place.
• Prepare reports and documentation on identified errors during shop floor audits and its rectification and provide the finding to respective departments.
• Verify production documents (i.e. Critical Control Point (CCP) documents) and confirm its accuracy to ensure real data is captured legibly and to refer in case of deviation for corrective action.
• Assist in monitoring the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good hygiene practice (GHP) process by supporting the team in shop floors inspections and audits.
• Assist in monitoring waste management and waste segregation to achieve 100 compliance with environmental standard.
• Monitor the product specifications and track for possible failure area for continuous improvement.
• Assist in quality testing and product sampling based on sampling plan and testing protocol.
• Interfacing with line leaders (Chef De Partie) and Quality Assurance team to monitor the section and report irregularities.
• Responsible for coordinating the Standards Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation and monitoring the success of the implemented standard.
• Assisting machine operators to carryout their quality control functions to achieve 100 productivity. Periodical checking if the specialist equipment is correctly calibrated and functioning properly based on SOP to prevent the specification deviations.
• Collect retention sample and manage inventory of samples (catering food) as a verification reference in case of customer complaint.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed b the Head of the Department

High School Qualification with Minimum 1 year of job-related experience OR Bachelors Degree or Equivalent with No prior job-related work experience

Job Specific Skills:

• Good English Communication (Spoken and Written).
• Knowledge and adherence of HACCP Policy and Standard Quality Procedures of QACC.
• Knowledge in sample inventory management.
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft office.
