The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Global Quality System for LSG Sky Chefs. This role ensures that the Customer Service Center (CSC) operates in full compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and food safety programs, including FDA, USDA, and Seafood HACCP guidelines. The position safeguards adherence to all applicable federal regulations and internal quality protocols, driving consistency, safety, and excellence across operations.
Work Schedule: 04:45 AM -1:30 PM, must be able to work preop as Scheduled (rotating coverage starting at 01:00 AM).
