In this role, you’ll be the guardian of quality and compliance for LSG Sky Chefs and LHI. Your primary responsibility is to maintain and uphold our Global Quality System, ensuring that our Customer Service Center meets and exceeds all regulatory and customer standards. This includes compliance with FDA and USDA guidelines, as well as adherence to Seafood HACCP plans and other critical food safety requirements. You’ll play a vital role in safeguarding product integrity and operational excellence, helping us deliver world-class catering services to our airline partners.
