Quality Assurance Logistic Airbus Helicopters

Job Description:

Main activities :
- Ensure that processes deployed and applies during incoming, storage and deliveries are
compliant with AH requirements, in order to guarantee products conformity
- Ensure surveillance of activities performed by LSP to secure the compliance with AH procedures
- Ensure operational surveillance of processes deployed on the logistic platforms (process
adherence)
- Ensure people surveillance for Operators performing inspection tasks or release certificate
- Provide operational support for quality problem solving
- Monitor achievement of corrective action plan requested
- Be the AH focal point when needed for non-conformity (NC) handling
- Support for NC committee preparation and lead routines for treatment
- Provide periodical quality performance indicators report for monitoring
- Support aviation safety network
- Participate and be involved in the continuous improvement process

Professional experience:

5 – 10 years’ experience in Quality Systems for aerospace industries (including audit,
surveillance)
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in Quality Inspection (including FAI, FMEA),
- Min 3 years’ experience in leading and developing people,
- Master Degree/BSc in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering.

Competencies

- Knowledge in Quality Systems and standards for aeronautical industry,
- Knowledge in inspection processes and technologies,
- Knowledge in failure mode and effect analysis
- Knowledge in manufacturing technologies (machining and/or organic…)
- Complex cross-functional management

Soft skills

- Ability to work in an multicultural and multidisciplinary environment,
- Dedication to represent “quality” as ultimate requirement in aeronautical industry
- Leadership skills to create a “quality oriented team ”
- Autonomy and rigor to apply and follow standards,
- Capacity to anticipate risks and difficulties,
- Capacity to analyze problems and to propose solutions in a synthetic way,
- Good communication skills.

- NCM, Quality performance tools
- MS Office (Microsoft, Google)
- Google Suite

Languages

- Ideally bilingual Spanish and English.
- French &/or German is a plus
