As a Quality Assurance Representative, here is what you’ll be doing at the core, day to day.
- Maintains, revises and processes in Company Manuals for regulatory approval.
- Assist all departments to formulate in house procedures.
- Assist the Manager of Quality Systems in the preparation of audit schedules.
- Performs internal audits and vendor audits.
- Assist in calibration and processes all calibrated equipment.
- Performs and prepares reports on incident investigations.
- The focal point for all Quality Assurance issues
- Approves all new processes prior to implementation.
- Ensure that deficiencies in systems, procedures, and practices are identified and corrected before they adversely affect operations.
Here’s what is required to succeed as a Quality Assurance Representative.
- Must have effective communications skills.
- Capable of preparing and writing quality reports
- Possess good analytical skills.
- High school education required.
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
- Minimum of two (2) years previous experience in a Quality Assurance position desired
