JOB TITLE: Quality Control Inspector - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Ventura, CA
PAY RATE: $35-41/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Perform visual inspections on in-process and completed products, including electronic units, electromechanical assemblies, and mechanical components
Identify structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds
Use measuring tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and scales
Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units
Interpret blueprints, diagrams, customer specifications, and inspection checklists
Follow prescribed methods, setups, and quality standards
Monitor and verify product quality using statistical process control (SPC) or similar methods
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on inspection experience
Experience inspecting mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical products
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement devices
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Willingness to learn internal systems and processes
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
