We are seeking a skilled Level B1 Aerospace Inspector with experience in airframe assembly inspection. The successful candidate will use precision measuring instruments, inspection machines, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of production processes, and the ability to maintain accurate quality records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret drawings, inspection manuals, and specifications to complete inspections accurately.
• Utilize shop mathematics, precision measuring instruments, and specialized inspection tools.
• Follow Inspection (shop) procedures to accept or reject processes, parts, or assemblies.
• Maintain required certifications and verify tool qualifications.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Work across equivalent or lower-level inspector job codes as needed.
• Cross-train in assembly, composite, metals, process, and systems/payload structures mechanic classifications.
• Coordinate with other company organizations or customer representatives to accomplish assignments.

• 5+ years’ experience in aerospace airframe assembly inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience writing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and periods of heavy overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience at Spirit or Boeing.
• Boeing 737 airframe/fuselage experience.
